The main force behind P-Nut is a deep desire to help individuals achieve their nutrition and lifestyle goals. This desire stems from Kerry's personal experience of eating difficulties. It was following this experience that Kerry decided that she wanted to train as a Dietitian.

"I was eager to learn more about nutrition & to use my experience to help others to achieve a healthy body, a healthy mind and a healthy relationship with food."

Kerry graduated with BSc (Hons) Nutrition and Dietetics from Robert Gordon University in 2016 & is now a UK Registered Dietitian with the Health & Care Professions Council. She is also a member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA), BDA Freelance Dietitians Group &  BDA Mental Health Specialist Group. Having worked for the NHS for over 3 years, she has experience in various areas of dietetics.

Kerry promotes all foods to be eaten and enjoyed as part of a healthy, balanced diet. She encourages healthy behaviours that promote a healthy body, a healthy mind & a healthy relationship with food. Whether you are looking for advice for a particular condition or want to learn more about healthy eating, contact Kerry and she will endeavour to support you.
